Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods such as food items.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
Return Process

- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to ship the item.
Refunds
Refund Approval Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- The email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Processing
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns initiated beyond the 14-day return window.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@primedges.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:
