 Introduction

Welcome to the Primedge Affiliate Program. By joining this program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program, including how you earn commissions and the guidelines for promoting Primedge products.

By signing up and participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Definitions

• Affiliate: An individual or business approved to promote Primedge products and earn commissions on successful referrals.
• Affiliate Link: A unique tracking link assigned to each affiliate to track sales and commissions.
• Commission: The percentage of sales revenue earned by an affiliate for valid transactions made through their affiliate link.
• Commission: The percentage of sales revenue earned by an affiliate for valid transactions made through their affiliate link.
• Primedge: The company providing products and the affiliate marketing program.
• Customer: Any individual who makes a purchase through an affiliate’s unique link.
• Dashboard: The platform where affiliates track performance, including clicks, conversions, and commissions.

Eligibility & Enrollment

To join the Primedge Affiliate Program, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Own a valid Primedge account.
3. Accurately complete the Expression of Interest Form.
4. Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Be approved by Primedge as an official affiliate.

Primedge reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure

1. Affiliates earn a commission on every successful sale made through their unique link.
2. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and returns.
3. Commissions are not earned on canceled or refunded orders.
4. Commission rates may be adjusted at Primedge’s discretion with prior notice.

Payment Terms

1. Payments are made on a monthly basis via the preferred payment method selected by the affiliate.
2. A minimum payout threshold of ₦5,000 applies. Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next month.
3. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. Primedge is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

 Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to ethical and legal marketing practices, including:

1. Honest Promotion: No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Primedge products.
2. No Spamming: Unsolicited emails, comments, or bulk messages promoting affiliate links are prohibited.
3. No Misrepresentation: Affiliates cannot claim to represent Primedge as an employee or official spokesperson.
4. Brand Integrity: The use of Primedge’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content must comply with brand guidelines.
5. Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates may not use paid search ads that bid on “Primedge” or related brand terms.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Order Tracking & Analytics

1. Affiliates will have access to a real-time dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and commissions.
2. Primedge’s tracking system is final in determining valid sales and commission payouts.
3. Orders not tracked due to technical issues (e.g., customer clears cookies, uses a different device) may not be eligible for commission.

Affiliate Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

1. Self-Referral: Using their own affiliate link for personal purchases.
2. Coupon & Discount Misuse: Promoting unauthorized discounts or coupon codes.
3. Impersonation: Pretending to be Primedge staff or using deceptive domain names.
4. Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fake referrals, false clicks, or any deceptive practices.

Any violations may lead to commission forfeiture and immediate termination from the program.

Termination of Affiliate Account

Primedge reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for:

1. Violation of these terms
2. Fraudulent or unethical activities
3. Inactivity for more than 6 months

Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Primedge is not liable for:

1. Any loss of revenue or earnings due to tracking errors, system failures, or third-party interference.
2. Any disputes arising from an affiliate’s promotional activities.

Amendments & Modifications

Primedge reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to the use of our affiliate page from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Akure, ONDO state and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
